Jazz Calendar listings may be submitted for approval online. The submission form may be found at the Submit a Listing link under the What's Happening menu tab.

Booking of Jazz Live is handled by Mark DeBoskey.

Artists may send copies of their releases on CD to Joe Kocherhans.
